Geesha Elizabeth K, is a contemporary artist with a profound and enduring passion for the arts. Her artistic journey began in childhood, evolving through a rich academic background that includes studies in animation, VFX, a Master’s degree in English Literature, and a second Master’s in Arts, in London. This diverse education has given her a unique perspective, blending technical expertise with a deep understanding of narrative and visual storytelling. Her artistic practice is characterized by an exploration of various mediums, though acrylic remains her medium of choice due to its versatility and vibrancy. The world around her continually inspires her.
In her latest exhibition, Geesha’s pieces reflect on the subtleties of human emotions and the complexities of social interactions. Her work seeks to capture these elements, translating them into forms and compositions that invite viewers to engage with the deeper emotions that shape our experiences.
Throughout her career, she has been committed to pushing the boundaries of contemporary art, experimenting with different techniques, and incorporating a range of influences into her work. Her goal is to create art that not only reflects the world as she sees it but something that also resonates with others on a profound emotional level.
